Hi guys
Desperate for help. My sony vaio VGN FS215Z has started to have lots of probs. I am not a computer wizz so some of them may be easy to sort out.
Audio stutters, on dvds and internet tv eg. iplayer and you tube, but it might be the picture stuttering cant really tell. Sometimes it works fine, other times it is really bad. It also happens with the start up sound
Computer is really slow takes ages for anything to happen
When I look at CPU it is about 97% even when i just have 1 internet browser open and about 70% when i have nothing open
I tried to install office 2007 but it said it couldnt upload because error 1335, the file HomeSRWW is corrupt and cannot be used
The laptop does feel hot, but i have tried keeping the fan clear by raising it up and it still doesnt help
Any tips needed for any of the problems
