Hi! I've recently bougth the all new Vaio A197VP, the machine is a blast! I'm very happy with it. :smileygrin:
However I'm having some difficulties with the CD writer.
First I though it was the software because with Ahead Nero, simply doesn't write and with the bundled software (Drag'n Drop CD+DVD) writes like 6 good out of 10 cds (it's comming quite expensive and my trash can is full of inutilizable CDs).
Vaio e-support says that since I'm using other CD burning software (Nero) they can't give me support. And more recently I've found out that this problems is the same with DVDs!! 
Does anyone experience something like this? is there a firm update? any ideias?
