Battery Charging to 87%

Hello I am having a problem with my laptop fz11z. the battery is only charging to 87%. It was 91% but now gone down to 87%. i am still under warrantly with sony. What do i do to get the battery changed under warrantly. do i go back to the place where i bought it i.e COMET. and how do i contact sony.

Sony have informed of the following..

The battery meter can apparently sometimes report incorrect information when displaying the battery charge level.

However if the battery states it is only 85% charged the actual charge is 100% and there will be no difference in battery life between a unit that displays 100% battery charge and yours that states 85% charged..
