info bar pop up 49xe7005

Hello,I own a SONY BRAVIA KD49XE7005 NON ANDROID Tv and my problem is that the info bar on the top of the screen keeps popping up for no reason.My tv is connected to my pc via high speed HDMI cable and from tv setup the pic is set to echance mode.I have been struggling for the past 2 days to turn it off,but it seems that i cannot find the info bar option in menu.

PS: It's a non Android TV!!

Hi Bypass86

As far as I know, the TV doesn't have an option to completely disable the info banner, but you can dismiss it with the info button when it comes up.

The idea is that the TV will display the info banner when it detects any change in the signal from the source, so this could be related to the configuration of your PC.
