I'm sorry to hear about that.
When you reinstalled the software in your phone, did you do that using Xperia Companion? If that is correct, did you also restore a backup directly or did you try the camera in your phone prior to restoring a backup?
If you didn't restore a backup I totally agree with the suggestion that @uliwooly posted, get in contact with your Local support team and they will assist you with having the phone sent in to an authorized service centre so it can examined by a trained technician.
If you did restore a backup directly, I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and when it has been completed, do not restore a backup > start the phone as normal and complete the start up guide > test the camera.
