Dead just red blinking

hi, i have xperia m4 really dead, can not live and just led blinking if in charger
I've tried various ways but no change. do you have a solution?

Did you try pressing and holding both Power and Volume Up buttons together for at least 10seconds? This can force your phone to restart if it's stuck.

yes i have pressed the power button and volume + simultaneously and there is no change, press the small button next to sdcard no change, replace battery no change, i do not know anymore how, hope you have solution for this problem
