Unable to do a review on replacement Bravia TV. Problems with first purchase, must say after sales was excellent.
I did a review KD-55XG7003. Sony said it was published.
I've never been able to find it.
Probably because it was such a 1-star dog.
Loads of bells and whistles, but they forgot to make it pick up TV stations.
I wish I'd seen all the forum stuff before wasting my money. Sony does seem to be actually as rubbish at customer service as it is with software and making TV-shaped paperweights...
I think you can only review a product you bought (in case replacement was a different model) and you get a notification of some sort -usually via email- to leave a review for your product after a certain period of time has passed since owning it.

I couldn't find any emails offering reviews back around when I bought it.
I did get a customer service email recently (inevitably one of those useless n-reply things.
They suggested retuning with the aerial unplugged. I think it worked for about one day, then went back to being horrendous.... 😞
