i am using sony xa ultra dual sim, while playing video in offline and online the video should get stuck? what is the solution?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with video playback on your phone have you tried the phone in safe mode, does the issue still occur?

Where are the videos stored? (sd card or internal storage)
SD Card, when I play online also it was stucking
move a video to the internal storage > boot on >>> safe mode > test it
