In ear music volume

Seems to be very low. This is my only negative with this phone.

Have a tried and tested different settings and headsets and I'm quite disappointed with it.

Headsets used are - soundmagic e10s, beats in ear, the headset from the box, and my HTC sport in ear.

Anyone else thought the same? Hopefully it's a software limitation that can be altered. Also the handset speaker volume is decent, can't complain about that.

What settings you got turned on in (settings, sounds & notification, audio settings)
Turn on dynamic normalise leave the others off.
In sound effects, change your equaliser to shape the sound.
Also go in (accessory settings) and turn on auto optimisation

@lukew1985

Would you try to clear cache from your Smart Connect app:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Smart Connect -> Force stop, Unistall updates, Clear data and restart your phone.
- Go to your Play Store and update Smart Connect again.

Cheers viridis (from o2 forum too?)

That seems to be much better. Will test fully tomorrow

Thanks
