EU volume cap nwz-e455

Hi....i removed the EU volume cap(before the audio was very very low) at my nwz-e455 with a method  that i read in a forum. Now the volume is ok...but  the FM frequency is set to 76-90Mhz (JAPAN range) . If i restore

the EU cap, the fm frequency range will change again? It's possible to restore the limit of 85db in the service menu?
