Windows 7 Upgrade - Bluetooth Doesn't Work

Hi, since I upgraded my computer with the free Windows 7 upgrade from Sony the option to use the bluetooth on my computer has disappeared and I can't work out how to get it back.

I'm using a VGN-FW31E.

Any help would be much appreciated,
