Even though I registered my Vaio, I never got it... What do I do?

Yes I have - for the second time, on Fabruary 17th; they said they would "see to it". Now is March 28th 😞

Hi fellow newbie my name is Tom and i too recently joined club vaio and also have the same problem as yourself, im unsure of the exact date i applied for my spidey dvd but as yet i also have not received said movie, like i say i,m unsure when my auto app went in but i know it was over 6 weeks ago now. I sent an e-mail too club vaio 9 days ago now, and they,ve not bothered to evan reply too me apart from an auto e-mail stating they do'nt work over holiday weekends, we,ll as it,s now fri 28 i would of thought they were back to work by now would'nt you. I intend on sending a follow up e-mail to club vaio, so i'll post up the reply if i get one.
