Hi, hope someone can help. I just purchased a vodafone top up and go donle for accessing the internet when not at home, but it won`t install. I`m getting to the stage where the pop up box asks if I want to allow changes to my computer, the installation starts, and then an error message appears. The error reads:
This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.
This has happened before when trying to download the new version of itunes, yet I managed ok on my other laptop (HP).
My product is the Sony Vaio VPCEB3F4E
