my vaio vpcy11m1 lately needs 10 minutes to fully open up a macafee scan showed no problems what can i do ?
Have you installed all software updates available from Windows Update?

Have you deleted or uninstalled any programs?
It sounds like Windows is trying to find some program or library that is no longer there.
Alternatively, you can give your Registry a cleaning to remove any redundant registry keys.
