Vaio SZ6 - Yellowish tint on the LCD

Hello to you guys,

I've started to notice a yelowish tint on the bottom corners of the screen. Sadly it happens both on the Nvidia and Intel gfx. Is my LCD going old? I didn't know this kind of thing would happen on a Led LCD =/ Any solution?

Hi PMPP,

unfortunately as you see the yellowish tint when using either Nvidia or Intel chips then I think your problem could be hardware related..

Try connecting your Vaio to an external monitor, do you still have the same problem.?

Do you get the same yellowish tint when the BIOS

To enter the BIOS restart your Vaio and when you see the Vaio logo press the F2 key repeatedly..

To exit the BIOS press F9 to reset the BIOS to default and press F10 to save and exit..
