Unable to register

Hi,
I have exausted all other avenues, so maybe someone here can help me.
Every time I try to register my new Vaio, when i get an email from Sony to confirm my application, I am told the Sony
Security Certificate is fraudulent.
How do I register?

There seems to be server problems at the moment, this may be the cause of the problem..
