Speakers!!!!

Hey All...

Im off to Uni In September and got a new Laptop Sony Vaio PCG-K195BP and speakers are good on it but i just want some little extra sound so can sum1 please reccomend me some external speakers....

hi,

fujitsu-siemens has a mini sound system with subwoofer... its small, the sound is ok, and the base soft. cost in europe aboute 19 ¿.

JBL creatures are very good and look cool around £69 or Harmon Kardon sound stick are cery cool and LOUD around £120 :smileygrin:

I recently bought a pair of Sony powered speakers and they sound fine. They were about £30(UK).

I've got them plugged into a Freeview Digital TV box at the moment (for the radio) and they sound fine.

The model number is SRS-A205

There's others that I think are better than the typical PC "multimedia spkrs" - depends on how much moolah you've got. Edirol and M-Audio have some nice reference standard speakers in the £100-200 range. Also you could probably improve things by using a USB sound "card" like the M-Audio Transit or similar from Edirol - either in the £60-£100 range.
