Сони ВАЙО - проблем при стартиране????

Имам парола при стартиране на компютъра. Да преди 1 ден нямаше проблем, но сега ми изпраща съобщение "Потребителският профил не може да бъде зареден." И "Услугата User Profile Service не успя да влезе."

Какво да правя? Как да пусна лаптопа? Трябва ли преинсталиране?

I have a password when the computer starts. Until one day no problem, but now I send a "user profile can not be loaded." And the "Service User Profile Service failed to enter."
What to do? How to put a laptop? Should I reinstall?

Hi azmimi2001, are you able to actually open windows if so then there are a couple of options you can try.

There is a registry edit that can be done or create another user account & copy the data across but this is only possible from within the windows environment.
