I bought a PS4 Crystal controller in Bahrain, US Navy Base and only 4 months later the analogue sticks starts to drift, As well as the controller disconnects automatically as well and reconnects by itself. I've already tried the reset button on the back of the controller, and the initialise reset on the PS4. No trying to report the issue the serial numbers not being accepted in the fix and repair menu. How can I solve this??
