Hi Dave,
Assuming that you are using IE, open Tools > Internet Options. On the General tab, under Browsing History, click Settings. Make sure (on the ‘Temporary Internet Files and History Settings' window) Automatically is checked.
In the same window, click on the View Files button and delete all the current cookies.
Hopefully this will resolve the problem.
