No VideoText with GigaPocket?

I just bought a RS-404 an I'm not really impressed with
the Giga Pocket adapter and software. Am I correct that this
combo is not capable of displaying VideoText?

That's right, but you have a much better option (if you have internet access with that machine):

The Giga Pocket Timer Programming Manager can be synchronised with the TvTv-database.

Check out TvTv.ch or for the software check VAIO TvTv .

It is awesome: you can log in on the TvTv-website from any Internet-station worldwide, select a show to record, and - given your VAIO is connected to the Internet - you Giga Pocket will start the recording process to record your desired show!!

Check it out - it's a unique feature on VAIO Desktops and much better than Windows Media Center Edition.

Ive just been checking out the tvtv url links given. Do you know if there's any way to get the pages in English, and also which tv pages do they cover, ie will they show the channels available in the UK ?
