Need help replacing the HDD on my VGN-Z41WD/B

Hi, I am in great need of help to replace the HDD on my VGN-Z41WD/B.
According to SONY Portugal they cannot do it here because there is no assistence in Portugal!!!
Does anybody know how to open one of these babies and how to replace its HDD?? I need to put in my 640GB HDD from WD in order to be able to use my laptop to do all that I need it to do!!
