Can anyone tell me how to change my keyboard. I bought a vgn fs415e from pc city in mallorca. The laptopn has a spanish key board which is ok but the shift and alt buttons bring up the wrong caracters..... how do i change..... help please..

Hi marco and welcome to the forum.

In control panel double click Regional and Language Options, click the Languages tab > Details (this will take you to a settings tab). Click Add (and select both your keyboard layout and input language from the drop down menus, click OK which will return you to the settings tab.

Under the ‘Default input language’ drop down menu select the keyboard layout and language that you have just created and click OK.

If that fails to solve the problem then can you give more detail as to which characters are not displaying correctly.
