internet explore problems

Hello,

I hope someone here can help me out in a simple way.
Everytime i go to a certain datingsite my internet explorer wil attempt to renew the page, because there seems to be a problem (???), but after trying several times he gives up and close the page....
In the problemreport it gives a solution what seems so easy, but when i look at the suggestion, the same words as they describe are not even there...
This is really a huge problem to me, so i hope for a suggestion from someone here...

Hi Poulo,

Try running Internet Explorer without add ons, there are couple of ways to do this..

If you have an Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, right click on the icon and click on Start without Add ons.

Or

Click Start all programs then click on Accessories, followed by System tools and finally click on Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)
