I didnt recieved any Blu ray CD till now

Hi friends
i am new Sony vaio user and while buying the Laptop i got a coupon saying i need to register my laptop and i will be send with a Blue Ray .... but till now i have not recieved
any idea what should i do .. or what is the procedure .....i want to expericence the Blue Ray

Hi,

1st ensure your unit is well registered in their DB then they will send you the Blu Ray movie (28 days after date of registration).

Once you have registered your Vaio, the order generation of the Spiderman Blu Ray disc is automatic started..

However I believe it can take around 6 weeks to arrive, If nothing has been received after about 1.5 months then I suggest you contact Sony Vaio Support. Use the following link: Sony Vaio Support
