How to open my pc?

Hii all,
since a couple of days my computer broke down. It isn't the harddisk or the energie/power source.
So likely it's the motherboard. It won't boot my pc after there was a power failure in the house.

I already tried a other harddisk from my other pc but no luck. When I turn on the PC al the fans are spinning and the screen goes on, put it stays on a black screen.

But.. How do I get to the motherboard, i already disattached al the screws without any luck..

Got it all open, i guess my motherboard broke down...
where can I find a new motherboard?
Sony service asks a total for replacing by them over 700 euro's = 1000+ dollars !!!!
