how to make cd-rom Bootable?

I have Vaio RS504. I have a bootable cd-rom of Drive Image, but when I restart my pc with the cdr-rom in the cd-rom drive (I tried both drives) the cd doesn't boot. I suppose this means that the cd-rom drive is not bootable (the cd-rom of Drive Image works fine on my other computer). How can I make my cd-rom drive bootable?

Press F2 once your PC is on and the VAIO logo is on-screen

Go to booting devices and change it to CD-ROM
Save the settings
