How can I retrieve VAIO PMB?

I seem to have lost PMB, and Windows Installer is popping up to "prepare install", but fails every time so I have to cancel it everytime-annoying.

If I can`t retrieve it, can I uninstall it completely?

SONY VAIO, VPCEC3SOE (another problem here, as Sony website doesn`t recognise this model number, despite the fact I have registered it and it`s stamped on the case.)

Have you tried reinstalling PMB using Vaio Care (press the ASSIST button when in Windows).
