this is chck disc, did you schedule a bad sector check via C: properties > Tools > Error checking or possibly was your Vaio not shut down correctly.?

Once the check has finished, this can take a long time, your windows desktop should appear as before..

i was trying to do smt an the screen froze, nothing was "moving", so i pressed tha power buton to turn it off.....

that would most likely be the cause of check disc launching on startup, at least you now know it was not something more sinister..
