DVD APPEARS AS CD

Hi All

Can anyone help me please?

when i put a dvd into drive e it appears as a cd?

also when i try to create a dvd on click 2 dvd it says insert a dvd and doesnt seem to recognise it as a dvd

Are there any warnings against your drive in Device Manager?

What DVD burning software do you have installed (WinDVD, Roxio,Nero).
