Docking station not seen when connected to video in composit or s Video.

Hi Fuckdustcharlie,

Can you give us your Vaio model number and let us know if you are using a Port Replicator?

If you have a FS series Port Replicatior then the Composite and S-Video jacks are for signals IN to your Vaio only and they will not be recognised by an external device.

If you have an A Series, however, you have BOTH in and out connections and you will need to use the OUT jacks.

Start Vaio Zone, scan channels if you havent done so. Go to TV, select external input, click record.
