Display not turning off when screen saver on

Hi

I have an FZ11S with vista.

The default screen saver is set to 5 minutes and turn off the display is set to 12 minutes.

But the display does not turn off, the screen saver just continues. Any suggestions please how to solve this.

Just to mention if the screen saver is set to none then the display does turn off.
