Connecting VA1 to Sky

I have a problem connecting my VA1 to Sky.....does anyone have a solution???

I have just subscribes to Sky multi-room with the idea of connecing my VA1 to sky. The sky engineer set up the system and connected everything up but when I try to access sky, the VA1 can not find the sky signal. Has anyone got a solution?:smileyconfused:

Did he connect your VA1 via the multiroom connection? It seems that the second output on Sky is only mono, so if you can run a scart lead to your PC with a converter to three phonos it'll work better
