Blue Screen and Memory Dumping Issue

Hello,

I recentally have purchased VGN-SR5 just 2 months old, it downloaded some of the updates and then restarted the system after 10-15 min it sais that windows update failure and restarted again secevarl times, then I press F10 to restore system completely but after restoring the C drive a blue screen appeared and it said reinstall windows, I also had setup BIOS to defaults and the run the HARDWARE diagnostic test , It shows everything is clear, but when I restore the system that blue screen again appeared for 2sec and then system restarts.

I am getting really confused what to do.

anyone please help me

as the system dont run the windows not reinstall it.

As your Vaio is just 2 months old, I would contact Vaio Support for a way forward.

A new Vaio should not BlueScreen after recovering using F10 as long as you have not installed any of your own software that is not Windows 7 64-bit compatible!
