Hi I have a new Sony Bravia smart tv and I can’t get Netflix to work, when I press the Netflix button on the remote all I get is a black screen with a red Netflix logo, hope someone out there can help me

first I would revert the Netflix app to its default state and delete the apps cache.
This can be done in your app settings.

Thanks but I can’t see how this can be done as the apps I have came already with the tv , I can’t download any apps I can only use the ones set in the tv.
Since you didn't list your TVs model number, I assumed it is an Android TV.
On Android TVs you can access these settings even for pre-installed apps.

I would really like to walk you trough, yet I don't own a Sony Bravia Android TV and Android can have a slightly different menu structure on each TV.
Also for someone else to help you, it would be very helpful if you could tell us your TVs model name.

WE613 is no Android TV. Afraid I can't help...

Otherwise I wouldn't have called you.
@Jennirogers Probably the only way on a no-Android-TV is to
1. check for available updates for your TV
2. roll it back to factory settings
