Bought a brand new Smart TV for a significant amount of money and it does not connect to the BT Fibre router any ideas why before I phone up to the retailer to take it back as I’m really fed up with the servivice from Sony that SUCKS!

Thanks for your advise but non of these solutions work, looks like I’ll have to wait for Sony technical people to respond to the email I have submitted.
