Sony Bravia KDL-46E653 TV

I want to buy a sound bar for the above TV and need a recommendation. Can I go wireless to this TV or if not, which connection on the TV do I use. This is to make sure I have the right connection plug and cables etc.  What do you recommend as the best sound bar for my TV.
