Hi There,

Purchased Sony TV, Sony Bravia KDL-32WD756BU June 2020 just tried to re-tune it, but it will not re-tune successfully did at one stage find 40 channels retuned again but all we get is Zero Channels, but it was about 148 Freeview channels before re-tune. I followed the manual but no luck, Could any one say what is causing this to happen !!!.

Try removing the aerial, unplug the TV for 2-3 minutes, then tune it again and make sure you're choosing digital and not analogue when tuning.
