I have a KDL-32EX713 and am running software version PKG4.107EUL-0108. The last time I wanted to change the screen ratio a few months ago I had smart, wide, zoom, 14:9 and 4:3 options. Today I only have smart, wide and zoom. I've tried resetting to factory defaults and that made no difference. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to get the 4:3 option back?
