Problems with my DVD 3D

Hello!  I have: TV LED Sony KDL 46EX723, Sony Blu ray Player BDP S370, GlassesTDG-BR250. I have tried to play an BLU RAY DVD 3D and it says that something it's not compatible. If I'm trying to simulate 3D on a TV programme, it works. I don't have anything else connected, except my Virgin box. The blu ray player and the TV are connected through a hdmi. Why my blu ray 3d won't work?

The blu ray player doesn't support 3D. That was the step up feature on the 470.
