Help with netflix/youtube

Hi

I have a Bravia KD43XF7003 non android (i think). Youtube & netflix have suddenly stopped working. I don't have apps on the tv but have buttons on the remote to use both of these. Keep getting a message saying "configuration failed while connecting". My broadband is fine, connected & strong signal. I've tried doing "network setup" and everything ok. I've tried switching off at the wall, waiting a while, then switching on again. Can anyone help please?

What happens when you go to settings - network - refresh internet content? Try unplugging the TV from the mains for a minute if you get an error
