if your motherboard on your pc has a DVI-I connection you can connect from there to hdmi skt on tv or use DVI-D and a audio lead from pc to tv you might not be able to view HDCP content if your panel is'nt compliant you wo'nt be able to send live content wirelessly dlna content is stored and transferred from 1 device to another

i think the question has been misunderstood,

you cannot send tv broadcasts from your tv to a computer screen in another room, it does not work like that, you can however as gofrost explains connect your pc to your tv and use your tv as a monitor for your pc but you would need a ridiculously long DVI lead to do this, a far better alternative is to use DLNA.

but thats not the point of the original question.
