sim card error

Just put a new sim in. Activated it but there is no service and the sim card icon has an!

Hi @Cjmux, sorry to hear about this.

Did the previous SIM card that you used work in the device? That would narrow down what could be the cause of this behaviour.

If you have the possibility to try with a different SIM card in your device, if you can for example, borrow one from a friend, colleague or a family member.

You can also try and manually search for available network in Settings > More > Network operators.
