Front camera is not working.

I recently bought the Xperia m4 aqua dual as I was pretty impressed by its stats on paper but there are a few issues that have to be solved. Firstly I cant use my front camera. There is no icon for the front camera even in the camera application and also in other apps like retrica. I tried clearing the data but it wasnt effective enough. It would be really helpful if you could Solve this as soon as possible.

i dont think it is a hardware issue.

The button to switch to the camera on the screen is gone, and i dont know how to use the front camera in an other way.

The tab (button) on the screen at the camera is just gone.

Ok that's different I thought you were referring to the physical camera button. 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone > check again.

Remove the SD card > boot on safe mode > check again

Also no effect.

Still no button for frontcamera

I updated/repair the phone with pccompanion but still no button for the front cam
