Hello rorymer,

Irfanview is a free image viewer that is compatible with Windows 7 and all the information is available at http://www.irfanview.com/. It lists .srf files as a compatible format as long as you download version 4.30 of the software or later. A full list of extra plug-ins for various file formats is located here.
