XH90 VRR Support?

Hi everyone, i bought this TV because it was saying “PS5 Ready”. The TV is not “ready” at all and after the update its worse, it’s slower on software, it crushes on app and software also sometime, the 4k120hz its FAKE actually is washing your pixels (like you are looking on 720p not even 1080p), sometimes it doesn’t turning on.... but the most interesting is that PS5 doesnt support VRR at all, lol.

Need an answer, otherwise i have to return it.

Hey Banksy74, I didn't see any mention of this in the specs, could you maybe elaborate more?

The xh90 (uk) has been advertised as being able to display 4k @ 120hz for
fast clear motion. Unfortunately so far although the motion is smooth ,
clear it is not. I have read many sources from renowned experts regarding
the so called 4k @ 120hz burr. I have myslef played destiny 2 and some of
the horizontal lines character bars etc flicker and shimmer and have what
is know as the rope effect. In tests it seems like the sony xh90 can not do
native 4k @ 120hz and in tests the results conclude it as of now can not
do per pixel resolution on the vertical lines. Is this a hardware issue ?
Or software and is this TV able to fully do 4k at 120hz ?

For what it's worth, Sony is claiming native 4K @ 120Hz. I haven't seen any disclaimers or asterisks to hint at any limitations. So the best you can do is just report the problem to Sony. The more samples they get the faster an action is taken or explanation provided

Again images that prove as of now it can not ? If this TV is not able to do as advertised is this not cause for a refund due to false advertising?  As the main reason I bought this tv was this specific capability!. It is advertised as being able to do 120hz for smooth clear motion , clear it is not.

Hi Banksy74, I noticed that these pics aren't from your TV? If you have a problem yourself could you elaborate more maybe we can help? Also make sure you have the latest software version, you can get it from the support page by putting the full model of your TV and hit search then go to downloads, or type it here and I'll help you out. On the other hand what I know about the returning policy is that you have to take it to your retailer.
