KD - 65XF9005 Datetime setting grayed out

Hi All,

I am facing issue " Wifi Connect No Internet " i tried all option but it did not worked. I did factory setting then it worked for one day, and now again same problem. Some of comments in community are saying that if I can change Datetime setting to autoupdate . it will work. Now when i saw datetime setting in my TV, its grayed out so i am unable to change it.

Requesting your suggestion, why this is happening and why is solution for this problem, it is very disappointment that this type issues are appear on SONY brand.

Hi Nic

Thanks for your suggestion, but In My TV in there is no network time option.

Settings System Preferences Date Time

Automatic date time -grayed out- so not able to do any thing

In this case, update the TV: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xf90xx_x90xxf-series/kd-65xf9005/download...

And perform a factory reset if needed.
