Hi!
I have an issue with my FW-65BZ40HD 65" BRAVIA 4K Ultra HD HDR Professional Display.
It lost internet connection a couple of weeks ago and is now back online.
The only problem is, that I cannot access apps or settings. It just says prohibited.
I have tried to perform a soft reset, but I cannot make a hard reset when I cannot access settings.
Any ideas? Right now the TV cannot do anything and it is frustrating....
