Apple tv+ app

Hi all, just wondering if there were any updates regarding the Apple tv app.

I have the KD-55XE9305 and it doesn't seem to be on the only list I have seen. Fed up watching Apple tv on my phone when I have a perfectly good 55" sitting there. 

Any chance it's coming my way anytime soon (if at all).

I bought my new Sony Bravia 43XG8196 purely to watch Apple TV plus in January (it was advertised as having this ability) however there is no option for this and it appears only the 55 inch and bigger screens will have this. 
this is so annoying
