I have a Sony BRAVIA KD55AG9 forts I had no sound on the amazon prime rugby then I get asked to register for amazon prime. I’ve had an account since I bought the TV in august. I re registered but TV and account not linking.
I tried to solve with amazon who said I need to register TV with Sony and get help here. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to register TV but there seems to be a problem with the online registration form. I’m now stuck as I still can’t register or watch amazon prime on my Sony TV - help please. I’ve cleared data and cache as suggested on the trouble shooting and still have the same problem.

Have you tried clearing the cache for the entire TV as well? (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data)
Yes - my TV is set up to automatically update and I did an update
